Recognition Difficult

Mr. Bailey said yesterday, "I
have been to the area where
the assault took place three or
four times at the approximate
time of the assault and in my
opinion it is almost impossible
to identify anyone. There is no
lighting for 300 to 400 feet
and the darkness makes any
recognition of the assailant
very difficult."

"Miss Griffin, however,
believes that she can identify
her attacker so we have a few
mug shots for her to look at, I
do plan to take her to the same
spot where she was attacked
and show her the difficulty in
identifying anyone under those
conditions."
