THE BRYAN MEDAL FUND.
The sum of $250 was given in July last by the Hon. Wm. Jennings Bryan as a
fund, whose proceeds should be applied annually for the purchase of a medal to be
given in open competition (among students of the University) for the best article
on the theory of government (decision to be made by the Faculty). The Visitors
have ordered that the medal so given shall be known as the Bryan Medal.
