108. Of Hubert Wypart.
Hubert Wypart a Leigios some years sinceMy Servant was i'th Countrey, and from thence
Ask'd leave to go to London to be by
At a Friends death of his condemn'd to dy;
For he (he added) loves me so I know,
That he three hundred miles and more would go
To see me hang'd; we could not choose but laugh:
Hubert had leave to go; but's Friend got off.
