[Lord, teach our loyal hearts to build]

Lord, teach our loyal hearts to build
Their constant hopes upon thy hand;
Thou art our Help, thou art our Shield,
Wherin our hopes of safety stand:
Send down thy blessings, and then we
Will send all praises up to thee.
