An Epistle in Verse, occasioned by the death of James Boswell, Esquire

of Auchinleck -- Addressed to the Rev. Dr. T. D. By the Rev. Samuel Martin

How Faith and Hope dispel the dismal gloom;
How harden'd Vice shrinks from the world to come;
How sceptics, in the near approach of death,
Compunction feel, and settle into faith.
