Spur Road
According to University
planners, the University will
also construct a spur road from
the Lambeth access route to
the rear of University Gardens
so that persons residing in
those areas will have better and
safer access to Emmet Street
than they now have.
A service road with an
electric gate will run along the
north side of the tract from the
main access to University Way.
This will only be used for the
University shuttle bus and
appropriate service vehicles.
During construction a
temporary access road will
enter the site from Emmet
Street just north of the C&O
Railroad tracks.
