[Highest of Highests, that dost raise]

Highest of Highests, that dost raise
The poor and needy from the dung,
Advance my thoughts to give thee praise,
And Lord, unty my stam'ring tongue:
So shall my heart and tongue proclaim
Rare Halelujahs to thy name.
