Sec. 32-8. Restriction on number of passengers.
Drivers shall not permit more persons to be carried in a taxicab
in the city at any one time than the seating capacity of the
taxicab, as rated by the automobile manufacturer, including the
driver, children in arms excepted. (1-9-74, § 1.)
