CLASPING THE CLOUD
Iyearn
not for the fighting fate,
That holds and hath achieved,
I live to watch, and meditate,
And dream,—and be deceived.
Mine be the visionary star
That vibrates on the sea;
I deem Ixion happier far
Than Jupiter could be.
