While rosey Cheeks their Bloom confess,And Youth thy Bosom warms,
Let Vertue, and let Knowledge dress,
Thy Mind in brighter Charms.

Daily on some fine Page to lookLay meaner Sports aside;
And let the Needle, and the Book,
Thy useful Hours divide.

Let Heav'nly Love from Watts's Lays,Inspire thy youthful Blood;
Nor let a mortal Rival seize
That Heart ordain'd for God.
