Clifford Hardin, Secretary of Agriculture, announced the engagement of his daughter, Nancy, last Sunday. Miss Hardin, who is a first-year law student, will marry Douglas Rogers, son of the Secretary of State, William Rogers. The fiance is enrolled in Yale Law School. The wedding will take place on January 31 at the National Presbyterian Church in Washington, D.C.
