Last week the Student Council unanimously passed a motion requesting John Herring, the Director of Newcomb Hall, to provide them with a bulletin board, "prominently located," for notices by that group. Mr. Herring did as asked, and the result may be seen on the landing at the south end of the building, between the third and fourth floors. Students can now read for themselves Student Council Committee reports, minutes from meetings, and requests for volunteers.
