RESOLVED that the following changes of title be and they are hereby made:
Mr. Howard M. Bahr from Visiting Professor of Sociology to Scholar in Residence in Sociology, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1985.
Mr. Scott L. Balthazar from Lecturer in Music to Assistant Professor of Music, for three years, effective September 1, 1985.
