APPROVAL OF INCREASE IN FACULTY AND STAFF HOUSING RATES FOR 1998-99 FOR THE ACADEMIC DIVISION AND CLINCH VALLEY COLLEGE

The following resolution was adopted:

  • RESOLVED that the faculty and staff housing rates be approved as indicated, effective July 1, 1998. The Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer is authorized to increase the rates to market level when a property is vacated.

  • As approved by the Board last year, Pavilion rental rates were increased by $20 per month during 1997-98 for voice/data. As leases turn over, Piedmont 1 BR apartment monthly rental rates will be increased by $25 to cover the cost of furniture.
