RESOLVED that the faculty and staff housing rates be approved as indicated, effective July 1, 1998. The Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer is authorized to increase the rates to market level when a property is vacated.

Utility abbreviations are as follows: WS (water, sewer), E (electric), G (gas), O (oil), HP (heating plant), HVAC (heating, venting, and air conditioning system), A/C (window air conditioning), C (cable TV), V (voice and data) and T (trash removal).
As approved by the Board last year, Pavilion rental rates were increased by $20 per month during 1997-98 for voice/data. As leases turn over, Piedmont 1 BR apartment monthly rental rates will be increased by $25 to cover the cost of furniture.
