T'honour and blisse Deurox thou didst aspyre,By worthy means, though fortune not thy friend
Tooke from thy ioyes, what vertue did desire,
To giue thy life: but paide thee in thine ende.
Onely at this thy country doth repine,
That her reioycing is not ioynde with thine.
