THE MAN OF CHARACTER.
Wee A--- ---, self-sainted wight,If e'er he won to heaven,
The veriest wretch, though black as pitch,
May rest he 'll be forgiven:
With holy pride he cocks his nose,
And talks of honest dealings,
For when our webs are at the close,
He nips off two three shillings.
