Humphreys Arena was the scene for music and celebration Saturday as WTJU radio finally hit the big time by turning to stereo at 5 p.m. before a large and enthusiastic crowd. To add to the festivities, Vice President of Student Affairs, D. Alan Williams, picked names as the station awarded a free trip via TWA to Europe, which was won by first-year-man Tom Martin. WTJU also awarded a free album and appointment with Chunky Hairstylists. WTJU President Joe Bourdow called the party a success.
