The Honor Committee regrets to
announce that a student from the College
has been dismissed from the University. He
was accused by three fellow students of
soliciting aid on a pledged take-home quiz
that was not to be discussed with other
members of the class. He approached
separately three fellow students in attempts
to solicit help on the quiz. He was told by
each that this was a violation of the pledge
for the course and of the spirit of the Honor
System. The student was accused, requested
a trial before the Honor Committee, and
was dismissed by a decision of the
Committee.
