G. Warren Nutter, recently
appointed Assistant Secretary of
Defense for Internal Security
Affairs, was approved yesterday
by the Senate Armed Services
Committee. The appointment of
Mr. Nutter, a professor of
economics at the University,
must now be ratified by the
Senate, possibly later this week.
