All other tickets are $2.50 at
Newcomb Hall Desk, Mincer's,
Hi-Fi House, Carver Inn,
Timberlake's and other local
merchants. At the door the price
will be $3.
Most of the concert's performers
are coming from engagements in
Washington D.C. The Festival's
headliner is Shirley Horn and her
trio. Miss Horn has been acclaimed
nation-wide as "the most
instrumentally oriented singer since
Sarah Vaughn." She has cut many
records with ABC-paramount and
has sung the soundtracks for "Mr.
Broadway," "A Dandy in Aspic,"
and most recently "For the Love of
Ivy" with Sidney Poitier.
