Reading Days
Reading Days in the College
for this semester are Wednesday
and Thursday, January, 15 and
16. The academic Faculty has
defined these days as those on
which no assignments are made,
no quizzes (including make-up
quizzes) are given, and no record
of attendance is made.
Moreover, no final examinations
can be given on these days.
Students are expected to use
these days for thorough review
in preparation for final examinations.
It is recommended that instructors
be present in the classrooms
during the regularly
scheduled time of the class's
meeting in order to confer with
students about the material of
the course.
The optional five-day
reading period recently adopted
by the Faculty does not go into
effect until next semester.
