Artist Series

Patrons of the Artists Series are
advised that they will not be allowed to
pass through the doors into the auditorium
in either direction while the orchestra
is performing in tonight's concert.
Persons who arrive late for the concert
or who remain outside too long at
intermission will have to wait in the
lobby until a break in the performance
to enter; persons inside will not be able
to leave except during breaks.

In order to minimize inconveniences
of this sort the officials of the Artists
Series have urged all persons to be
prompt and to get to their seats well
before curtain time. They have also
urged everyone to refrain from moving
around during the performance, from
smoking in the auditorium, and from
rattling or crunching ice during the
performance.
