10 Why the world is at variance.
Each man hath his owne sense, and apprehension,And faith wherein he lives: but from this ill,
That each hath his owne will, springs all dissension;
For that all men agree, their lackes but will:
Warres never raging in so shrewd a cace:
But that, if men were pleas'd, would turne to peace.
