I, lady moneie / of the world goddesse,
Þat haue al thyng vndir my buxumnesse,
Nat sette by thy pleynte risshes three.

Whyle I was in thy slipir sikirnesse.

At instance of thyn excessif largesse,
Becam I of my body delauee.
