Students Investigated
Concerned over the possibility of students
being investigated without their own
knowledge, the Council proposed that in the
future all investigative personnel such as the
FBI, local and county police, and private
detectives be forbidden to come on the
University Grounds in an official capacity
without permission of the Council or President
Shannon with the notification of Council.
In order to raise money for the Legal Aid
Fund, President Kevin Mannix announced that
the Council would hold a "Great Pumpkin
Special" Saturday, October 31 starting at 10
p.m. This dance will be held in the Rotunda.
Next week's Council meeting will be held at
7 p.m. in the lounge of Mary Munford
Dormitory. Anyone wishing to attend may do
so.
