Students from the University's School of Architecture are currently revamping the old Elliot Ice House in downtown Charlottesville. The now unused building will be turned into a Community Vocational Training Center for under-privileged persons in the local area. The project is being organized by two fifth-year Architecture students, in conjunction with black leaders. About 20 students have joined the project which should be completed by early November.
