On the death of Queene Anne

[_]

MS. HARLEY 6917

Thee to inuite the great God sent a starre,
whose friends and neerest kinne good princes are;
for though they runne the race of man and dye,
death seemes but to refine their maiesty;
so did our Queene from hence her court remoue,
and leaue the Earth to be enthroned aboue;
then she is changed not dead, noe good prince dyes,
but only like the sunne doth sett to rise.
