PEALE, Norman Vincent (1928-1986):
a popular American writer and PREACHER whose "POSITIVE THINKING" inspired post-war Americans and helped develop a THEOLOGY of success. He published the influential magazine Guideposts: his most popular book was The Power of Positive Thinking (1952).
