EPITAPH ON MRS. HAND,
IN THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST. GILES, CRIPPLEGATE.
For Worth so dear, th' eternal tear might flow;And Love would sanctify an Husband's Woe:
But Truth the record of that Worth displays,
And takes from Sorrow, what it gives to praise:
Alternate claims his grateful heart divide;
And Memory's Misery is Affection's Pride.
