Difference betwixt a King, and a Tyrant.
Wyse ADRIAN was oft-tymes wont to say,Mercie with Men is deem'd a thing divine:
But chiefelie Kings, who beare chiefe rule and sway,
To Clemencie and Mercie should incline.
A King will say, I may: and will not doe.
A Tyrant sayes, I dare: and then goes too.
