Children at the University Medical School's Rehabilitation Center on Route 250 West enjoyed the annual IFC Carnival last Saturday. Held from 1 to 4:30 that afternoon, the carnival attracted approximately 100 children. The above pictures show some of the festivities enjoyed by the children, as well as the less fortunate ones who not able to participate physically.
One pledge was unfortunate enough to be chosen as a clown, who first enjoyed a cream pie without the aid of utensils, and then received a face wash. The young lady, who traveled all the way from Radford College, is obviously happy about her midday shower. Delta Upsilon received first place for their booth while Theta Delta Chi placed second.
