Sec. 25-20. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person or persons falsely claiming a grant under this
article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than five
hundred dollars for each offense. (3-19-73.)
