Epig. 117. Of the aduancement of Learning.

The seaven Arts are Pleyades become,
And shine in Heauen, sith on the Earth they haue
No place of stay: for, none vvill giue them roome,
Vnlesse it be a Roome to make their Graue:
But, being grauen on the Heauens Brasse,
They leaue the Earth without Art, Follies Asse.
