23. On the Sun and starres.

Ovr dying Saviour's like the setting Sun;
His Saints, on earth, are like the Stars of night:
Experience tels us, till the Sun be gon,
The starres appeare not, and retaine no light:
Till Sun-set we descerne no Starres at all,
And Saints receive their Glory, in his fall.
