A storm burst forth and lightning smote the earth.
Blinded she seemed at first then gazed around.
A panic seized her followers, and they fled.
She scorned to fly; an arrow pierced her horse.
He fell; the battle tempest o'er her rolled.
Some sware 'twas treason's work.
