Leave Of Absence
University Law Prof. John M. Moore
has been appointed Counselor on
International Law for the U.S. State
Department.
Mr. Moore, director of the law
school's graduate program and expert
on the constitutional aspects of
executive-congressional relations, will
take a one-year leave of absence from the
University to assume the new position
July 1.
