Sec. 19-31. Flying kites or playing ball in streets.

No person shall raise or fly a kite or play any game of ball in
the streets. No parent or guardian having the legal custody of any
minor shall permit such minor to violate the provisions of this
section. (Code 1959, § 19-31.)
