Sec. 19-9. Same—Dropping advertising matter.

It shall be unlawful for any person in any airplane, dirigible,
blimp, balloon or other aircraft to drop any advertising
matter within the city, except by written permission of the
city manager. (Code 1959, § 19-9.)
