'Relax The System'

"I hope to relax the system
between the IFC board and
officers and the individual
houses," he asserted. "With a
more informal atmosphere I
think we can accomplish much
more."

"One thing we hope to
achieve next year is a greater
emphasis and increased
publicity on rush. We hope to
extend the bus system during
rush next year in order to
reach all the houses," he
continued.

Mr. Carter expressed his
pleasure at the election
turnouts. "I've worked with
three of the new officers
before and I know the other
two fairly well so I think we all
can do a good job."

was selected asVice-President.

Butler, a member of St.
Anthony Hall, and third-year

man Howard Messrs from Phi
Epsilon Pi were selected as
secretary and treasurer,
respectively.

Elected to the Governing
Board were second-year man
Daniel Peak of Kappa Sigma
and third-year man Kevin
Johnson, a member of St.
Elmo Hall.
