Due to the fire in Cabell Hall September 22, which sent choking smoke and flames through the top floors of the building resulting in water and smoke damage to those floors and roof, repairs have had to be made. During the fire, firemen had to chop large sections of the roof in order to flood the flames out, and thus the roof has been spotty at best then. Work crews, we are told, will have Cabell Hall looking as good as it ever did in a matter of weeks.
