Noon Departure
Mr. Rosen said that, if
permission is granted, the motorcade
will leave University Hall at
noon Thursday and the rally will be
held for an hour, beginning at 1:30
p.m. Leaders of the Coalition and
faculty members will speak at the
rally and Mr. Rosen hopes that
some legislators may also address
the supporters.
Ron Cass, a member of Student
Council who directed the meeting,
revealed the names of the students
who will actually speak to the
Governor. The group of seven
includes Paul Hurdle, Tom Gardner,
George Taylor, Jim Roebuck,
Butch Williams, Bud Ogle, and
himself.
