Class Reports
Each class met as a whole
Wednesday before Wednesday
Evening's meeting to discuss
its problems, and each reported
to the Architectural Council
at the meeting.
A motion introduced from the
floor calling for discussions of
mutual problems of faculty and
students during class time yesterday
and today, upon the voluntary
assent of the professor, was
also passed.
The Council finally moved that
"student- faculty- administration
meetings" such as the ones with
Mr. Bosserman Wednesday afternoon,
should be implemented on
a regularly scheduled basis, in
order to discuss the various problems,
both large and small, within
the school."
The controversy generated
this past week, one Architect
present at the meeting explained,
began in January when 21 third year
men refused to take the final
exam in Architecture 47.
The students called the course
"inadequate." As a result of their
refusal, 21 of the 29 students
enrolled in the course failed.
