Epigr. 28. Ad Guilielmum Suttonum.

When breath and life through my cold miserie,
Did euen fayle, and hope had made an end.
Thou Sutton did'st put breath and life in me,
With the sweet comforts of a faithfull friend.
O that I likewise might keepe thee from death
With my pens life, and with my papers breath.
