Of Cælestines performing Lycurgus his Law.

Licurgus
made a Law, (which youth approues)
That if an old man, cold in loues desire,
Had matcht a wife as young as youngest Loues,
She might a young-man choose to get his Heyre.
Then English Cælestine this Law obserues:
Who wiuing late an old man, she doth take
A lusty youth (his man) that for him serues
To keepe a coyle; so, saues his Maisters Stake:
