Epig. XIII. In Pectus.

[_]

Castitas.

The snow-white brest where vertue keeps the treasure
Of golden thoughts, the garden is of pleasure,
In which the flower of Chastitie doth sprout;
Whose spreading leaues Honour laps vp from doubt
Of bitter blasts, and keepes them curiously
From scorching of the Sunnes loue-burning eye.
Pure Chastities faire flower which doth grow
In Honours bosome, makes the goodliest show.
