Miserere mei, Domine, quoniam infirmus sum; sana me, Domine, quoniam conturbata sunt omnia ossa mea.

Mercy, Lord, for I am seke;
Heele me, for bresid be my bones;
My fleesch is freel, my soule [hath] eke
Ful grete mister to make mones.
