De salutacione corporis Ihesu Christi.

When þou scyst þe sacrement,
Worchip hit with good entent.
Þus þou schalt begyn:
Knele on þi kneys, þen mekely
Beceche Him of grace and mercy
Foreȝifnes of þi synne.
Hayle! gracious Lord in þi Godhede,
Hayle! fayþful fygur in forme of bred,
Hayle! matryal mater in þi monhede,
Worchip mot þou be.
Hayle! Fadyr and Son and Hole Gost,
Hayle! maker of medylerd of myȝtis most,
Hayle! halnere of þis hole host,
Iij persons in Trenite.
Hayle! þi gloryous Godhede hit may not be sene,
Hayle! with no freelte of flesly ȝene;
Hayle! I beleue truly in þis bred þat ȝe bene,

Hayle! of a maydyn ȝe were borne
To saue þi pepul þat was forlorne;
A seche anoþer was neuer beforne
In þi carnac[i]on.
Hayle! I beleue lele in þat L[a]dy ȝe lyȝt;
Hayle! I beleue ȝe were conseyuyd in here body bryȝt,
Hayle! þroȝ þe grace of þe Hole Gost and þi Fader myȝt,
Borne of hyre þou was.
Hayle! þou sofyrdst þer payne and passion
Here fore our redempcion,
And graunt vs now remissione
Fore our trespase.
Hayle! I beleue in þi gloryous resureccion,
Hayle! I beleue in þy meruelus assencion,
Hayle! I beleue þe Hole Gost þou sendist here adowne
Among þe postillis alle.
Hayle! He enspyrus euer[e] spirite,
And ȝewes hem wysdam and wit
Þat wille reule ham affter hit,
And to His grace calle.
Hayle! I beleue fayþfule ȝe beþ Fader omnipotent,
Hayle! I beleue þou schalt me deme at þi iugement,
Hayle! I beleue body and soule schal be þer present
To-fore þi gloryouse face.
Hayle! I beleue sauyd to be,
And al Cristyn men treuly
Þat fore here syns here beþ sore,
Þou grawntis merce and grace.

Hayle! pereles prince withowton any pere,
Hayle! blesful blood and flesche boþ y-fere,
Hayle! þus I worchip ȝoue with al my pouere,
With hert and good entent.
Hayle! graunt me grace goostely
To ressayue þi blessid body
In parfyte loue and charite,
Þat is here present.
Hayle! ground ay of my goodnes and my couernowre,
Hayle! sustenans to my soule and my saueour,
Hayle! cumforder of þe sek and al here socour,
In þe Lord hit is.
Hayle! solans to hom þat beþ sory,
Hayle! help to hom pat beþ gulte,
Hayle! hope of grace and of mercy,
Þou grawnt vs al þy blys.
He þat wyl say þis oreson
With good hert and dewocion
Afftyr þe leuacion
Of þat sacrement,
He schal haue þis pardon
Of his synns remyssione,
Þus I fynde wretyn
Of Pope Enocent.
O Lord Ihesu Crist, fore þi hole flesche most worþi,
And þi presious blood þou toke of þe vergyn Mari,
And þat same blod be grace
Þou chidist out of þi presious syde,
Hongyng on cros with wondis wyde,
Fore oure hele hit was.

And in þat same flesche þou rose fro deþ to lyue,
And stydist vp to heuen with ioyis, with ioyful ryue;
Fro þens þou art to cum
To deme þe pepul boþ quyk and dede,
In þat same flesche withoutyn drede,
At þe dai of dome.
Lord, delyuer me, boþ gracious and good,
Fore þi hole flesche and blod
Is sacred in þis autere,
From alle vnclenes of bode and soule,
And payns and perellis boþ seke and hole,
And graunt me my prayere.
Adoramus te Christe et benedicimus tibi quia per sanctam crucem tuam. . . . Ecce angnus Dei. Ecce qui tollis peccata mundi. Ecce Deus noster, ecce Deus iustus. Ecce Deus vivorum et mortuorum. Ecce vita vivencium, spes moriencium. Salus omnium in te credentium quem adoramus, quem gloreficamus, cui benedicamus Dominum omnipotentem Patrem et Filium cum Sancto Spiritu laudemus et superexaltemus eum in secula. Adiutor et protector et defensor sis, Iudice ben[i]gnissime et gloriosissime. Amen.
Laudes Deo dicam per secula, qui me plassmavit manu dextera, atque redemit cruci propria sanguine nati.
Spiritus Sancti assit nobis gracia, soli Deo remanet honor virtus et gloria. Am[e]n.
