Code Of Conduct

The Student Council also discussed with Mr.
Williams the student Code of Conduct.
Concerning the Board of Visitors refusal to
accept the proposed Code of Conduct drawn up
by students, Mr. Williams stated that "the
Board of Visitors was presented with a mass of
confusing ideas." He added that "all of us were
confused over the meaning of the statement of
'freedom from harassment.' "

Mr. Williams also said that he felt that a
committee to draw up a new Code of Conduct
would be formed before Spring break. He
stated that "hopefully we will be finished with
certain areas of the Code of Conduct by June."
