Corporation Law

J.A.C. Hetherington, to become a professor
of law, is a specialist in corporation law, with
particular interest in the corporation's role in
modern society.

Eileen M. Hetherington, a developmental
psychologist, particularly interested in the
development of personality in children, will be
professor of psychology.

Two other faculty members were named to
the Center for Advanced Studies: Woodford D.
McClellan, associate professor of history and a
specialist in Russian and East European
history, and William C. Scitz, William R. Kenan
Jr. Charitable Trust of New York.
