The Board recessed at 4:40 p.m.
The Board resumed in Executive Session at 8:30 a.m., Friday, October 6th, in the Board Room of the Rotunda. All
Members were present save Messrs. Bliley and Goodwin.
The meeting lasted until 9:55 a.m.
After hearing a report from Mrs. Holland on the forthcoming session
for Members of Boards of Visitors of state institutions, organized by the State
Council for Higher Education in Virginia, the Board recessed at 10:05 a.m., for
Committee meetings.
The full Board resumed its meeting at 4:00 p.m., Friday, October 6th, in the Board Room of the Rotunda. All Members were present
save Mr. Goodwin.
